It can be used to address various challenges, from breaking habits to managing anxiety.  It is not sleep!  You are fully awake and most people comment how deeply relaxed they feel, during and after a session.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies depending on the individual and the nature of their challenge. While some may experience significant shifts in just a couple of sessions, others might require a programme. During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss a recommended plan.

Are the effects of hypnotherapy long-lasting?

The effects of hypnotherapy can indeed be long-lasting. The sessions aim to address and modify deeply ingrained patterns and behaviors. With regular practice of the techniques and strategies shared, many individuals find the positive changes sustained over time.

Will I be asked to reveal personal or sensitive information during the session?

Only share what you’re comfortable with. The effectiveness of hypnotherapy doesn’t hinge on disclosing deeply personal information. However, being open can help tailor the session more effectively to your needs.
